Ken Settle, CTS, Director of IT and Audiovisual Collaborative Technologies

A Certified Technology Specialist through the International Communications Industry Association, with over sixteen years experience in the audiovisual industry, Ken was employed by three of the leading AV system integrators in the country. Ken has played a major role in the framework and structuring of Sales, Marketing and AV Design teams regionally and nationally and in developing and executing short- and long-term strategies. His work ethic demonstrated responsibility, dependability and effectiveness through a complete approach to management, customer service, and business account development. Ken has conducted various AV project case studies, AV system design and AV project management on a variety of high-end AV systems for clients in government; in corporate, educational, and medical venues; and in courtroom technology and across a broad spectrum of legal industries. He continues to expand his System Design knowledge through manufacturers’ trainings, ICIA training, and project design. Ken brings hands -on experience with high-profile clients like Bloomberg TV, the NFL Players Association, Howard University, George Washington University, University of Maryland Eastern Shore, the World Bank, and U.S. government agencies.

Lamart White, Business Development/Project Coordinator

Lamart is Director of Business Development for Zane Networks, LLC Lamart has a background in Finance, and started his professional career with Waddell & Reed Inc.  He obtained and currently holds a Series 7, Series 63 & 66.  After leaving the financial management position, he took on a role as co-owner and COO of a Moving/Logistics company in Washington, DC. As COO, Lamart oversaw the day-to-day operations, prepared projections, established price points, created strategic alliances, managed customer service, as well as handled logistical issues.  Lamart is an active member and volunteer in the community and returns to his High School as a College - Prep speaker.  He also actively seeks to build relationships with companies and universities to create ties with the DC BMBAA.  Lamart was accepted into the MLT Prep Program, Management Leadership for Tomorrow, which is an MBA Prep program that helps professionals gain admission to Top-20 Business schools.  He received his BS in Economics from Virginia State University, BS in 2003.
