Certified Technology Specialist through the InternationalCommunications Industry Association, Sixteen plus years experience in theAudiovisual Industry, Ken was employed by three of the leading AV System Integrators in the Country.  Ken has played a major role in the frameworkand structuring of Sales, Marketing and AV Design Teams regionally and nationally in development and executing short and long-term strategies. His work ethic consisted of demonstrated responsibility, dependability and effectiveness through a complete approach to management, customer service, and business account development.  Ken has conducted various AV project case studies, AV system designed & AV project management on a variety of high-end AV Systems for a broad venue of clients in Government, Corporate, Education, Medical, Courtroom technology and a broad spectrum of the Legal industries.  He continues to expand on his System Design knowledge attending manufacturers training, ICIA training, and hands on project design.  Ken brings hands on experience with high-profile clients like Bloomberg TV, NFL Players Association, Howard University, George Washington University, University of Maryland Eastern Shore, World Bank, US Government Agencies, etc.

Nyere Hollingsworth, VTC Engineer Manager 

Nyere Hollingsworth is the VTC Engineer Manager at Walter Reed Army Medical center where he directs the video conferencing servicesand leads the team of VTC technicians supporting the North Atlantic Regional Medical Command. Nyere formerly served as the A/V Engineer at FBR CapitalMarkets where he designed and installed the video conferencing network infrastructure comprised of Tandberg MPS, MCU, ISDN/IP Gateway, andGatekeeper. He has years of experience supporting  H.320 and H.323 video communications and audio/visual technology and is a certified VideoConferencing Technician, Infrastructure and Design Engineer, and TMS Site Administrator.  Nyere holds a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland University College and a Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs from the Georgia Institute ofTechnology. 

DaMarus Seahorn, VTC Lead Technician  

DaMarus Seahorn serves as a VTC technician for ZaneNet at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, where he supports multi-media events for educational, administrative and distance learning events. DaMarus provides VTC network technical support and maintenance of network base end points and provides recommendations and guidance to the on-site Project Manager (PM) for improved VTC services through equipment upgrades or new technologies that will enhance overall customer support and operational efficiency on an annual basis. As a VTC technician, he handles all technical aspects, including diagnostics, resolving equipment failures and re-establishing connections.  
 
DaMarus has prior experience troubleshooting and maintaining PC, videoconferencing, and desktop applications. He is knowledgeable about the Avaya/UNIX PBX Switch Administration, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Infopath and experienced with Polycom, Creston, Punch Blocks, Tone Tracers, Repeaters, and Cross-Connect. With exceptional leadership, organizational, oral/written communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem resolution skills, he thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments. A quick study, able both to grasp and apply new ideas, concepts, methods and technologies, DaMarus is a key member of the ZaneNet team at Walter Reed.
