ZaneNet is contracted to provide personnel to staff the videoconferencing unit at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC.  Our certified staff of engineers, technicians and schedulers performs engineering and management services for the Department of Information Management. Our team of qualified individuals is well-versed in video teleconferencing and is tasked to cover a large campus with a schedule of over 380 activities weekly, including video and audio conferences and webcast seminars.  ZaneNet personnel at Walter Reed facilitate live medical consultations and medical education and general distance learning sessions nationwide and internationally.

Comprehensive Soldier Fitness Agency, U.S. Department of the Army, VideoTelecommunications, Project Management and Production Services

TheUnited States Army Comprehensive SoldierFitness Agency(CSF) is a program based on 30-plus years ofscientific study and results, uses individual assessments, tailored virtualtraining, classroom training and embedded resilience experts to provide thecritical skills for Soldiers, Family members and Army Civilians. Zane Networks (ZaneNet)has delivered turnkey video teleconference (VTC) and audiovisual (AV) basedsupport to the CSF’s Master Resilience Training (MRT), in a “distance learning”modality for three different remote locations: Fort Hood, Texas; Fort Campbell,Kentucky; and Fort Jackson, South Carolina. This 10-day course is held at theUniversity of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and for these trainings, ZaneNetprovided a combination of video teleconferencing and audiovisual technologiesto extend the reach of the training to soldiers throughout the United States.Zane Networks responded successfully by assembling expert personnel, requiredequipment and provided project management, video teleconference and audiovisualservices support.

ZaneNet provided the necessary project management and key personnel to design, develop, implement, train and maintain the USANCA’s videoconferencing system in its new location at Fort Belvoir. We were tasked to build out multiple fully integrated A/V and VTC rooms at the new facility while construction was ongoing. The videoconferencing system is built to provide JITC-certified unsecure and secure videoconferencing.
